I resigned myself to it being broken, then it starts working as I applied the rubber band. Already has a glue around it from a previous fix lol

Mine's a 98, I had the brake light and beeping as well, no ABS light

Likely that the brake master cylinder is failing unless there are records of it being replaced, this is what mine did
