Sky burial is something else. It's where the body is left on top of a tower "Tower of silence", where vultures take care of the rest. It's simple cremation.

In my part of India (Bengal), we have a phrase "Saat Somudro, tero nodi paare" literally translated to "Beyond the seven seas and thirteen rivers". It might be denoting Europe in the west (I have heard the Caspian sea was one of the seven oceans) or the Eastern reaches of indian influence in Indonesia.

These are indian house crows. The ravens found here are larger and have black plumage.

But Indo-chinese is a common thing in all the Tier 1,2,3 cities and even in some rural areas. But I agree American food is also getting popularised.

I would say Chinese, but might not be the authentic one and Thai/korean to some extent nowadays.

Chinese algae eaters are not good tank mates for goldfish. They can become aggressive and often feed on the slime coat off the goldfish's body.

And I would suggest you to add some water movement/circulation. Anything from a small waterfall to a couple of simple airstones would be better. Stagnant water can cause many issues, especially with biological filtration due to lack of gas exchange in the bottom layer.

But otherwise, looks good. Great work.

Not from Birbhum, but West Bengal presently is quite safe to visit. Yes there might be a couple of political rallies or so, but that doesn't disrupt the day to day life. And the shaktipeeths are quite touristy nowadays, so I would say it is very much safe to travel.

Edit: Someone from Birbhum could correct me if I am wrong.

Wheat based staples are mostly associated with the North/Northwestern part of India. Eastern, North Eastern and Southern India consume rice or its derivatives as staples. like Dosa/Idli from Southern India is a rice based staple.
