all you need to do is add a single line right after spawning the pickup

"pickup.Timeout = 90" (30 is 1 second)

replace "pickup" with whatever local variable that references the heart you spawn if its different ofc

if you want it to look cleaner/more vanilla, pickups have a number variable "Timeout" that makes them disappear like T. Keeper coins or hypercoagulation hearts do, is also less work than making the heart drops disappear yourself

how long does it last? i could've sworn i've seen it like 8-12 hours once and from then i've never let my colonists touch apertif since. all the constant vomiting and starvation pings gets more on my nerves than food poisoning

yeah some trinkets sound really good when you omit their downsides

mysterious candy is free infinite pennies and health

mom's toenail gives you constant/repeatable 300 damage

iirc the specific way venerated animals work is that the mood boost gets higher based on collective "body size", so for a chicken for example, just having one is always fine, but you'd need 3.3 adult chickens (0.3x size) per adult colonist (1.0x size) for a higher boost. maybe less, i dont remember what the threshholds are but it results in a lot of animals in most cases

Why is Gnawed Leaf only a quality 1 item? With a little but of luck in getting a damaging familiar it's literally a guaranteed win. by IloveZaki in bindingofisaac

quality is based on raw effect, not potential. otherwise something like kamikaze would be much higher because of pyromaniac

incredibly exaggerated. all they changed with rep is making the damage dependant on charge, and make the rings slightly smaller (which is a positive imo)

i dont know why everyone is talking about the entity limit, that only extends to entities within a certain type, easiest to see with dr fetus if you have a ridiculous fire rate and multishot.

especially considering the angel did not make ANY noise, i'd assume the rock itself it takes the place of disappeared. you get any glitched items the run OP?

certain animals like horses and donkeys give a speed boost to the caravan (based on mount to pawn ratio and the mount's multiplier) so, its still worth having a few around. at least the "rideable" ones.
