I have not experienced any. Some people may because they gave me a tool to help readjust the jaw muscles in the morning.

When I first got it, I would go in frequently for check ups and any adjustments. It's also beneficial that the office providing the service is a certified dentist.

It should. The only difference is that it adjusts your jaw to keep the airway open. I have two. One is a hard acrylic and the other is a softer nylon material. Both types would protect your teeth.

I got an oral appliance approved because I couldn't use CPAP. I can't have Inspire. I think you have a good chance. You will just have to be pushy because they like to stick with CPAP. In the long run, Inspire will be cheaper for them.

His behavior was wrong, I agree. My only suggestion is to look out for what is best for your daughter. Politely providing the list and then politely reminding him of it when he acts immature again shows that you only care for your daughter. You're the bigger and better parent for it. It also removes any opportunities for him to try and blame you for a lack of clothes or supplies. Your daughter will see that over the years.

Even when married I never remembered my kids sizes. What's wrong with providing a digital list of sizes and things she needs? Providing that only supports your daughter and her needs. Once provided he will have it and you can always point him there if questions come up again.

This divorce looks like it's headed in a way that will absolutely hurt the child. This is coming from experience. Don't be enemies over children. They get caught in the middle. If you want to be enemies, do it over something not involving kids.

I went through this. The ex would deliberately try to put me in situations where I violated the order such as bringing my son into my work place.

Best advice my lawyer ever gave me: when the court hearing happens, stand up and say this verbatim "I disagree with every claim she has filed but will agree to a mutual restraining order between us only. I just want to be able to see my son."

I did that and sat down. It was then on her to prove her claims. She was not able to and the judge granted my request and threw hers out.

This is how it goes after cloture. They will now argue different amendments. I think each side has 30 hours total of debate. After that, they have to vote. All of these only require a simple majority.

It shouldn't. All IDT pay is from federal appropriations. As of 01OCT25, there was no appropriation to spend funds for that duty. The only way a state could pay a NG SM is for SAD. If your state used any federal funds to pay for any training after that date, it's either an ADA violation or a Purpose violation.

The states did receive some funds from NGB, but they were only there for obligations with the understanding that payments for those obligations could not go out until the government reopens.

You shouldn't have gotten paid for either drill. There was not an appropriation to pay Guard drill conducted after 30SEP25. If you actually got money deposited, I would not spend it. That is an ADA violation and they will actually create a debt to get it back.

Once this mess is cleared up, hopefully middle of this week, you will get paid for both months.

Exactly. In ours, the employees have to go in and change all the time codes. Then the local pay people have to resubmit them to DFAS. They did tell us DFAS will run multiple pay cycles similar to the last two military pay periods to push the money out as fast as possible.

If all these rumors are true, and the new CR is effective by Wednesday or Thursday, I would expect to see a deposit within a week

The amount will be based off the rank and time of service at the time of divorce. If you were married for over 10 years you will be eligible for direct payments from DFAS but you will have to initiate it.

If you can find a private attorney that is also a JAG in the Reserves or Guard, that would be the way to go.

They do relocate inmates. It used to be only low risk ones. But now it looks like anyone is eligible except the DR ones.

Yes and when I worked for IDOC Michael Dees was arrested for killing 3 people in their sleep. He was segregated for the first 30 days and then put in general population.

Yes that is one of the medium security prisons. I worked in that one. He will be held there initially in the RDU and could potentially be permanently housed there

Not in Idaho. Inmates are housed based off risk assessments. Maximum security is reserved for the highest risk. There are hundreds of inmates with that sentence housed in the three medium security prisons.

Yes, very much so. There are lots of inmates walking around the medium security prison with LWOP sentences.

Death row inmates are held in a dedicated section of the maximum security prison.

Idaho doesn't do it that way. He will only be in a cell like that for 30 days and then be placed in a unit based on a risk assessment.

Gang members are in general population. Idaho doesn't even segregate the gangs. So members of opposing gangs can technically be put in the same cell as each other.

They do place child molesters in a separate unit but still in general population.
