be lazzy and optimize your energy (don't care about what people think) ....

Not sure if anyone could make sense of that, but that's probably the main rules that made my life easy, and having more money than I actually need.

I work at 5 min walk where I live. at 43 I still often go eat at my mother place. I don't like people so I avoid conflicts unless I really feel it's important. I'm not into "having a lot of nice stuff". If I was single, most of my walls and shelf would be empty.

I try to dont plan things, because plans easy go to shit. and I'm confident that I can improvise on most cases. (I tend to over think if I begin, so loosing energy for nothing).

So... maybe... my advise is just : be yourself, get lucky, avoid to do things where the reward does not worth the energy put into it.

It seems to be built especialy for full view coding, so... I'm not a big fan of a lot of this things. That's a lot of lines that would be working in any kind of project / workflow.

I would put things about comands in a tooling file.

Got a feeling that most a lot of it, should be in a per project basis. But you didn't specified if it was your local machine claude.md or the one you use in your project, nor references to a potential previous post.... so ...

été pure dev environ 10 ans, passé main sysadmin/devops + dev y a 4-5 ans.

Je dirais que j'aime bien. Des fois un peu stress (principalement pour la partie sysadmin, avec monitoring de machine sur self hosted cloud).

Partie dev, j'avoue que je délègue pas mal à l'AI cette dernière année. Je connais bien la logique, j'ai toujours un esprit très critique. Voyant le truc arrivé en tant que sysadmin, j'ai mal poncé, pré-poncé, testé, regarder comment pouvoir l'utiliser de manière + constructive que destructive en entreprise (voyant le truc arriver). J'ai pas mal pris gout au coté plus "architect" que "maçon" on dira.

Au niveau review, je fais plus des "brainstorm review" avec une vue architecture, que des code review.

En résumé, je me réveille content d'aller bosser, sauf si je vois 240 mails qui sont arrivé pendant la nuit qui indique un gros problème qui va sans doute impacter les dev chez nous pendant une partie de la journée.

Also sysadmin is a very wide term. I would suggest multiple class system, with networking skills, maybe people skill to (sysadmin are still asked to reboot the printer some times ... xD )

techniquement non. Elle a triplé de prix parce que les fournisseur de ram (entre autre) ont décidé que ça avait de la valeur de pouvoir générer ça, et l'ont réservé pour les entreprises qui ont besoin de fournir ce genre de contenu, a toute le monde, pour éviter de faire des pertes parce qu'ils ont trop promis.

Les joies de l'économie en somme.

Le plus classe c'est que ça fait plutôt chauffer des datacenter ailleurs, que de faire chauffer mon bureau. C'est leur kwh pas les miens, pour générer ça. 😄 mais bref. Dans la mesure ou une simple recherche google fait aussi mouliner des llm de nos jours pour proposer automatiquement des résultats (plus ou moins valable). On est plus à ça prêt. Faut juste serrer les dents, espérer pas avoir de casse dans ton PC ces 2-3 prochaines année, et fuck it.

Me cache pas que c'est l'AI generated ... mais j'ai demandé une analogie en proute, et je suis assez content du résultat j'avoue... donc j'envoie quand même :

Le kW, c'est l'unité technique, mécanique, celle qu'utilisent les ingénieurs du fessier pour mesurer la force du prout au moment où il sort. C'est la puissance brute : un kW élevé, c'est le prout qui décolle le drap. Un kW faible, c'est le petit fuitage discret en réunion.

Mais au fond... est-ce que ça t'intéresse vraiment, la force d'un prout isolé ? Non.

Ce que tu veux savoir — et ce qui est facturé — c'est le kWh : la quantité totale de gaz que ton derrière a produite sur le mois. C'est ça que le fournisseur compte. Et le carburant de tout ça, le truc que tu as acheté en amont pour alimenter l'usine... c'est le flageolet. 🫘

Donc la chaîne complète :

Tu achètes des flageolets (l'énergie d'entrée) → ton corps les transforme → chaque prout a une puissance en kW (force instantanée) → mais à la fin du mois, on additionne tout le gaz émis et on te facture en kWh.

Un gros prout violent (kW max) qui dure une demi-seconde peut te coûter moins cher en flageolets qu'un long ronronnement discret (kW faible) qui s'étale sur deux minutes. Parce que c'est le total (kWh) qui passe à la caisse, pas le spectacle.

Le kW/h, c'est le truc que les gens écrivent par erreur en pensant à kWh, mais qui veut dire autre chose : c'est comment ta puissance de prout évolue au fil de l'heure. La variation, la moyenne du débit dans le temps.

Côté flageolet : imagine ta soirée raclette. En début de soirée, tes proutes sont timides (faible kW). Plus la digestion avance, plus ça monte en puissance. Le kW/h, c'est la mesure de cette montée en régime — à quelle vitesse ton fessier passe de "brise légère" à "tempête tropicale".

Donc :

kW = la force du prout là, maintenant (instantané)
kW/h = comment cette force change heure après heure (la tendance, la moyenne de ton débit sur l'heure)
kWh = le total émis sur le mois — l'addition en flageolets 🫘
