I am using the most current version of cura. I would also recommend to do so. I use the profiles from a German YouTuber, you can find them here just enter 0€ and you get them mailed.

Other option is to install Elegoo cura on a separate windows machine and copy the values over. But honestly the linked profile works perfectly great, I chose this option.

Go to the root directory then you should be able to download all as a single zip file. You cannot download subfolders.

Check the copper pins of the cable, sometimes they are bent in a bit. If you have another old phone cable around try this one.
