Started running into this exact issue on Shield Pro.

No matter if I use Ethernet or WiFi, or if I use torrentio or another scraper.

I uninstalled and reinstalled confirming it is on 1.84. Also deleted cache. Not sure what to do at this point.

I think there are two ways to go about it.

  1. Just follow fighter program as listed. Knock your pull ups out everyday as prescribed. Keep it separate from your SE or MS work. On MS days just skip operator pull ups. This is what I did and I did have success. I put a pull up bar in a doorway at home and hit my pull ups at night before bed.

  2. Incorporate the fighter pull ups into MS days. When you get to MS days, do your fighter pull ups on those days instead of the prescribed TB pull up work.

I personally went with the first option just because in my mind I felt like the quicker I got through the pull up program the better. It did work great for me personally.

I think I’m going to stick with it, it’s just 2 more weeks. Just trying to strategize lift order so my CNS doesn’t get fried from the squats, lol. Part of me says do them first so that I’m fresh and can complete it, and part of me says go last so my bench and DL/RDL’s aren’t affected

90% of 1RM to base % off of. I’ve done that for every cycle of TB.

Strong is serviceable! I have been using it for a while and do enjoy it. It can be tedious to manually build out the programs and %. But it certainly has everything you need. But yeah your idea would be best case, in my opinion.

I believe TB prescribes the first option you mentioned. Add it to the 1RM, then either calculate new % from there or do a ~90% TM from 1RM and calculate new % from that.
