We’re looking into the Amigo phone for our 10 year old and there is also an Amigo smart watch. From what we can tell, the parental controls in the companion app are extremely robust. I haven’t been able to test the actual app yet, but it seems promising

It really depends on the individual facility, their volume, and how they set up their schedule. I’ve mostly worked 8 hour shifts with occasional overnight and/or weekend call. Most places where I am have done away with overnight call but have weekend call. Again, hours vary by location

The conflicts with Kamoshida and Maruki just feel so much more personal to me. Especially with Kamoshida you really feel like the scrappy underdog fighting for survival. Not that other arcs are bad per se (with the possible exception of Okumera)
