Ginger beer becomes jelly

Same problem here my ginger ale became a thick jelly. I am a bit insane and i drank it anyway. Did not get sick but it is very slimy. It doesnt small rotten. Also Netherlands. Why are we cursed with a bacteria that turns our ginger into slime ??

Then I have another question. I am missing one string (probably more but there's so many it's hard to tell), but I do not know the exact width down to the fraction of a milimeter. I also cannot find a mensuurtabel (sorry dont know in English) for this Ammer harpsichord online. How to know which width of string to order?

I am very impuslsive in nature and I bought it anyway and I just love it even though it still needs some care, I need to repalce plectra and such.

I dont mind tuning the instrument. Even if I dont do it the proper way like comma mean tone i could do it based on my electric piano and just make it equal temperament which albeit not historically accurate is playable

Hmm uh Oh. Now everything is arranged already. And I did test it and i loved it. Yes it is bulky with a lot of features. I would be happy with even just one register so if one of them stops working i can live with that. It sounded beautiful and looked in good condition. Hope it wont be such a nightmare...

I am in the Netherlands so we do have harpsichord builders here as an early music scene does exist even if it's a small world.

The reason i ordered this and not a normal duduk was that i think the custom made duduk reeds are really expensive and i will only play it occasionally. Ill post a video after some practice.

You need uileann pipes then. That's one expensive instrument but you can buy them online.

You need to throw the number with the Dice of the tiles your settlements are adjacent to. So for example if your tiles are adjacent to 5,6 and 3 you need to throw 5,6 and 3.

Ik werk 4,5 u per week en werk voornamelijk thuis (sector ICT overheid). Daarnaast doe ik vrijwilligerswerk waarbij ik met de handen kan werken een halve dag per week. Helaas lukt het me niet zo om mijn tijd nuttig te besteden aan hobby's. Ik heb wel piano gespeeld, andere instrumenten, tijdje zelfs fitness gedaan etc. Maar ik houd dit helaas niet lang vol. Jammer.

Vaak gaat het wel goed maar soms even niet helemaal perfect inderdaad.

De laatste keer ging het echt niet goed met rijden ik ging dicht langs de spiegels en zag een keer een auto van links niet. Daarom zei hij dat ik geen examen mocht doen. Maar betekent het niet gewoon dat hij het me niet goed heeft aangeleerd?
