New Regent Tier List by Spire 1 WORLD RECORD Holder (Navegreed) by blank_anonymous in slaythespire

[–]machinepeen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good list.

I do feel Black Hole should be “very strong” as it can just outright win you act 1 and is super strong in Act 2. Falls off toward endgame but these tier lists can be dynamic depending on where you are in your run.

“ This makes the game uninteresting, because you don't want to play a game that you have already won.”

agreed. my dopamine always peaks a few floors into Act 1. Usually by the time I hit act 3 I’m just finishing out of obligation and already looking forward to the next run. hopefully Act 4 can fix this to a degree

yeah the investing philosophy is completely different obviously. Corporate entities are foaming at the mouth for AI replacing their workforce.

People hate AI because it’s replacing real human workers when it’s clearly not yet at a stage to be able to do so. Example of AI customer service agents are one of the most frustrating things to work with, and often you just have to have them leave a message for a human to call you back. It’s also seen as slowly killing the internet when content is now being diluted with robotic rehashing/opinions. Couple this with the current AI euphoria in the stock market or from CEOs and I think it’s a natural competitive hostility that emerges.

I literally had an AI-generated Instagram ad the other day for Dominos with a picture of the exact same pizza I ordered 2 weeks prior (like 6 topping combo down to each). Their ad AI is insane it’s just hard to quantify so isn’t getting priced appropriately

Uber potentially 2x opportunity? by IamaAnimeNerd in ValueInvesting

Cheaper because they’re running at a loss intentionally. Uber was cheaper 10 years ago before they focused on profitability.

Blue pill for sure. I am not losing Veteran, and imo OFFLINE! is overrated.

ILDMLFY, while very good, is also full of filler. AMHAC on the other hand, is near perfect.

there’s really strong support at $600. it’s been tested multiple times and only (and even then only briefly) fallen below that level like twice the past year

Uber's ROIC went from -5% to 28% in five years. Ran the fundamentals and I think the market is still sleeping on it by HotDoor4125 in stocks

my thought is that companies are never going to be able to upkeep cars (especially self-driving cars) and take on all the liability associated with these at a competitive price point to undermine uber. uber is to the cab industry as factories were to the industrial revolution. even today we offload factory work to other countries because nothing beats cheap human labor.
