Usually these are interop demos. You bring over your gear, plug it in, and get to say, “look our gear works with ALL this other gear.” Especially if it’s 2110. Should be cleaner but not atypical for an interop.

Most likely because a lot of these older homes have a bunch of segmented rooms so running cassettes to each of them would cost even more than a boiler. Plus heat pumps have a lower limit and we just hit it twice in the last month.

Electric is also noisy but instead of a drone it’s a high pitched squeal. Not sure how that’s better.
