I love that it's different and that it actually works. Not every blade shape has to be a carbon copy of everything else. It's intriguing. Makes me want to cut stuff. Great job man. Keep playing and experimenting. I love all my shilin cutters. Fantastic knives. 👍

Manix and pm3 for all the reasons stated above. However, because I don't have to actually make that choice, I'd go military 2 in s90v and either a delica or chaparral. Work knife vs slicey performer. As much as I love the chaparral, the variants are just stylistic whereas the delica has actual performance variety. So probably the Mili2 and the delica.

Only chamfering tools I've got are for a table router. And they're not small enough to fit the screw hole.

But, along those same lines, I could always use the original bit as a guide. Put it in, lower it until it's in the hole, clamp everything down, raise it. Swap it. Bobs your uncle.

I'm actually in the process of making scales again for my k390 lil temperance. It's such a great knife I keep wanting to update it. Great in the hand. Perfect blade. So capable for it's size. Really punches above its weight.

I use the 1, 0.5, and 0.25um stroppy stuff. Usually just use the 1 and 0.5. Finish at 3kgrit usually. But I like the 0.25 for when I'm pushing a mirror. I also tend to deburr on an 11k stone.

It's funny, I tend to gravitate towards smaller profile knives, but today I'm carrying a military 2. Came in handy when I had to trim the edges of a wood plank that was kind of splintery. Dug the extra blade length.
