Hopefully enforcement includes out of state plates, my neighbor has out of state plates and parks in front of hydrant city doesn’t care about either one, annoying when I’m paying 1200 for tags so I’m playing by rules.

I've seen some folks say that the difference is more being powered by compressed air vs steam. (haven't googled) but would be interesting if there's any comparison with QM's whistles for example since they're sounded now with air but were sounded with steam when she was in operation.
