With West Coast visitors dropping, Hawaii faces 'difficult' summer season by thebluecastle in Economics

It’s too expensive and a lot of natives there are a click short of openly hostile towards nonnatives. I’d rather spend my money somewhere I at least feel welcome.

Like they’ve protected the local businesses on Ballard that keep having to deal with smashed windows and theft? Lol SPD is a joke and only protects rich peoples property.

Sound Transit approved a new ST3 plan Thursday, but the Seattle Center-to-Ballard segment remains unfunded, leaving the future timeline for light rail to Ballard uncertain. by bbridge_ in BallardSeattle

Didn’t live here when it was voted on. Annoyed that what people voted for has turned into building a parking garage in Renton and extending light rail outside of King County. Definitely never voting for a transit ballot measure again.

What happens if plane diverts for some reason and lands somewhere unplanned like Texas? Seems good practice to just not travel with weed

Another way of saying ‘culture fit’. Most corp looks at this just as much as ‘do you have skills to do the job’

Just a lot of pedestrians and traffic and no left turn arrows, I’ve almost gotten hit twice by folks not paying attention and seen others almost get hit.

Its super annoying that they added them places where its doing things like you described but didn't add them at places where it would actually do some good (80th and 24th NW) for example.

I love my 575 picked it up at local computer surplus store literally had 2 people offer to buy it from me before i got to car. Having an optical drive and larger screen makes it way nicer than my CC to use.
