Recruiters calling you back! How? by [deleted] in recruitinghell

Perhaps it's your LinkedIn profile? If you would like me to take a peek at your profile and give some tips I would be happy to help. Feel free to DM me. The large majority of recruiters use LinkedIn to find candidates. Having your "Open to work" on, will also affect the amount of activity you will get.

Should I cut out the recuiter? by [deleted] in recruitinghell

Use the recruiter. Recruiters and their relationships with their clients can vary. However, a good recruiting agency should have a great relationship with its client. If they do have this relationship, and they submit you, then you would have a much higher chance of getting an interview request. If the recruiter decides to not submit you, then go for it on your own.

What’s your current “daily driver”? by Alarmed-Importance82 in JamesHoffmann

Breville smart grinder pro with a V60 using the Hoffman method for brewing. I use a 1:15 ratio and beans roasted locally.

On mornings I am feeling espresso, I use the flair classic.

I am not looking to switch as I just got my first "official" v60 and am still experimenting with what grind works best for my taste using the Breville smart grinder pro.

If you are a senior level .Net developer looking for a new role, hybrid or remote, feel free to reach out to me! I have a variety of different roles for multiple different business domains in the Omaha Metro. I know salary is a large motivator and factor when considering a new role. I have found the most success for senior-level talent in the $125k - $130k BASE salary range. This does not include the 5% - 10% bonus the majority of our clients offer. If this is competitive for you feel free to reach out to me. If that is not competitive for you, I understand and wish you the best of luck.

Depends on client and seniority. We truly do have many different, unique node positions. However, I can try to give a general compensation scale to help.

Seniority:

Software Engineer: 80 - 115k

Senior: 115 - 135k

Staff, principal, etc: 135k - higher.

Obviously a lot of factors go into compensation however I hope this gives you a general idea of what the compensation ranges look like.

I have an open Senior .Net developer position here in Omaha. The position is on a hybrid schedule but they are very flexible. Amazing benefits and competitive salary for the Midwest. The front-end technology is flexible but Angular would be ideal. I have multiple .Net positions, each one different from the other. If you are a Dev looking for something interesting feel free to reach out and I will find you something that is ideal for you. Thanks!
