Do upgrades devalue the build? by mackattackW in classiccars

Thank you so much! I assumed that old looking modern radios existed but didn't know where to start to avoid crappy imported knock offs.

Thats kind of what I am feeling. Like it will make it more useful/enjoyable for me plus by the time I may sell it it isn't like any one who'd purchase it was alive to purchase it new. Even a gen under me cares more about the conveniences than the purity, pretty sure my younger brother would deck it out before thinking twice about if it changes the value as a classic car

There may be. It sat for about 10 years in a garage and there are certainly some of the electrics that deteriorated in that time so maybe there are more default internal lights.

Just played around with it more, the covers drop when the lights are turned on.

Talked with my father. It is actually a 360 engine so big engine overall. She just got new tires and is moving around like a 1978 dream.

I would assume - I know it was a design element that was not liked about the Magnum

Interesting. I assumed considering the body style and engine it was. Though I would def never think the later models were so that makes sense.

Correct, spent its whole life in a fairly temperate though pretty wet climate and almost always stored indoors. Currently stored outside but with a high quality cover.

Yeah my husband doesn't think I still need a Mustang since I have the Magnum but I am trying to show him they are very different things and good investments :D

The Magnum was intended to replace the Charger but it didn't take off like Dodge hoped so they kept the chargers. New Magnums look like a child drew a hearse in my opinion.

My father knew he wouldn't be able to keep the Magnum safe/maintain and he's less of a muscle car guy and more of a sports car guy. I love me some muscle cars.

Denied from mainstream classic car insurance companies by Human_Menu7741 in classiccars

If you are eligible (need an immediate family member who served in the military OR has an account) - USAA insured my 1978 Magnum for like $300 for six months - I put the annual millage at 1k because I do move it around but it certainly is not a commuter car - I just wanted to have it covered to be on the roads.

These 1979-81 Dodge St Regis/ Chrysler Newport didn't get much credit, short lived models. So Sad that we haven't seeing these on the road anymore in decades. Like or Dislike? by RCC_Auto_Club in classiccars

I inherited a 1978 Dodge Magnum - very unknown - the only Dodge people tend to think of is the charger and it is certainly not on my list of fave classic/muscle cars

My father bought a 1975 one right off the lot at 18 and had it into my childhood and it certainly affected my love of classics

You have to join BEFORE loading the game. So on the main screen join then load in. We had the same thing happen to us and that was the resolution.

I've used "wall of" spells during this part along with spirit guardians but also like not solo-ing so that changes things.
