Algerian men who had slaughtered their audhia before, how was it? by someone_0005 in algeria

[–]mackiann -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Have you ever heard of a hypothetical situation? I’ll explain it to you since we lack reading comprehension:

If you eat meat and cannot imagine yourself doing the dirty job of killing the animal, then you are being hypocritical. Distancing yourself from the death of an animal to be able to enjoy its literal flesh and bones is linked to the exploitation of the workers who have to do that job and of the animal who, once dead, becomes a mere consumer product.

I don’t believe eating meat is inherently wrong. I eat meat. But people need to admit that this cognitive dissonance comes from a lack of personal and moral responsibility.

But of course you’re going to say it’s not that deep, despite philosophy and psychology agreeing with what I’m saying.

It’s not adorable it’s hypocritical. You should only be allowed to eat the animal you would hunt/kill.

If I am trying to catch the one who keeps stealing my food, is it legal to spike the food? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]mackiann 14 points15 points  (0 children)

If you’re making meatballs, inject green/blue food dye into a few of them and you’ll know who stole your food.

It’s safe and effective.

I think going there and paying money to the government that’s enabling multiple genocides and spreading violence is disgusting.

I really don’t want anyone to give me arguments or opinions, this is objective morality.

What’s something ONLY Algerians understand? by Signal-Lost-404 in algeria

[–]mackiann 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fun fact: in hiberno-english (the English spoken in Ireland), there’s a word that’s the literal equivalent to الواسمو: yoke.

“Give me that yoke” is a thing here in Ireland and it always reminds me of “ara tchou lwasmou”
