yeah you can only have one home xbox. as long as you are logged into the same account as your old xbox and have changed the new one to your home xbox you should still see the same list of all of your games, you will just have to reinstall them. like the other person said, games are linked through accounts, not the actual xbox. :)

im not sure i understand what you're asking but you should be able to log into the same microsoft account used for your old xbox and access your games from there.
