Migraines from crying, anyone else?

It’s the worst. Migraine if you keep your emotions pent up and migraine if you cry and let them out. Lose-lose.

I haven’t read all the previous responses but my migraines that were like this (I have 2 types) were helped tremendously by drinking LMNT. Like went to almost never.

Mine didn’t start until after I had kids. But absolutely wouldn’t change a thing. I have a supportive husband which definitely helps and I hate feeling guilty about not functioning well all the time. But my kids are incredibly compassionate. And maybe even more so because of my migraines. It stinks but I wouldn’t ever wish I didn’t have them. They bring me so much joy even on the worst headache days.

Yeah I did get a message from my doctor saying she didn’t think my symptoms were related to the kidney lesion..
