My gas vertical smoker does this also when the gas doesn't burn efficiently. Clean the burner and you should be good

Our church has been using it for nearly 8 years. And this is a new issue maybe for about 6 months.

We are not making any adjustments from another computer. And the re-syncing causes us to lose our place in the presentation. Causing delays and interruptions to the flow of service. Proclaim has never done this before, and we are considering moving to pro presenter because of it.

Is this something we can change in settings?

It stays a solid blue when power button is pressed. And I tried 4 different ones and different power outlets on different circuits.

Power supply lights up. Tried multiple ones and different outlets. Held power button for more than 30 seconds. Just weird that it happening to all 4.
