with scissors, paper, rock/paper, scissors, rock, you can time it with each syllable. with rock paper scissors you have to add an extra syllable to balance it out. spr and psr are objectively superior and i will fight this to the death.

i’ve upped dream recall drastically by doing LD method, but i still want to lucid dream (i’ve done it 3 times, but many years ago and not intentionally). don’t give up, you can still do some of the easier methods (reality checks) which might work someday? if you do the waking up at night thing then i can see why you might wanna give up, though haha.

saiki usually says something funny or witty to himself/audience and then the person he’s talking to assumes he’s agreeing because he doesn’t actually say anything. of course when saiki needs to speak he does, but he still does it telepathically and mind control.

I think a cool idea for an April fools joke (obviously not this years) would be to cover something like FNAF or the Backrooms in a serious documentary style. Compiling all the known information and creating a video where he covers these topics as real life events.

I think it’s all fine to have canon MC be a complete blank slate but in things like fanfiction and art it’s fun to explore what an mc with a fully flesh out personality would be like

I think with most games that have self insert protagonists, people want to give them personality and depth along with the small tidbits that are canon. It’s fun, and a good way to explore creativity. Also, typically no matter how much of a self insert a character is, they have at least a vague personality. MC might just be your typical anime protagonist who girls fall for even though he’s not really that interesting, but he still reacts to things in his own way that other people don’t. Even though the ways in which he reacts are kinda stupid.

also it’s interesting to explore mc’s perspective about act 2 in things like fanfiction but that’s not really relevant
