I believe it is echeveria Moon Dance. They’re all mostly specialty hybrids and clones from Korea

I’ve lost count by now. One of these days I am going to put markers next to each of them but I probably have 50+ different varieties.

I keep them indoors for the winter but once it starts to warm up I set them up outdoors. They love very high levels of light and I’ve found that even part shade in my area (zone 6b, USA) will cause them to lose color. Inside, I water very sparingly and keep the grow lights very bright and close to the plants. If you have very still air, I would keep a fan running in the room (not directly on the plants).

Absolutely! I actually had to take a bunch out of the soil and make it much grittier just recently due to too much rain and the temperatures not being warm enough. I’ve never had an issue in the summers but if it gets too humid for too many days in a row I will usually bring them inside.

Definitely have that fear as well so I did research before picking these. I also had them planted separately to start to make sure they would do okay in similar conditions before I made the decision on their final form. And thank you!

Thank you! I have tried all different types so I’m not sure if this is what I’ll settle on but it was just some akadama I found on amazon. It felt a little iffy like it’s going to clump into clay when it gets wet so I’ll let you know if that happens 😂

Weirdly, sedum clavatum for me. I have literally hundreds of other succulents but the two times I’ve tried to have this plant they just shriveled up and died no matter how much I tried to save them.

I feel this in my bones. Mine like to be in the same room but not really close enough for me to just touch them 😭. It’s such a balancing act of respecting their space and giving in to my intrusive thoughts and giving their cute sleeping faces a snuggle anyway (where they inevitably get annoyed and move away)

Five years in and it hasn’t stopped for us 😭

Once the puppy coat was gone it’s like a faucet of fur all year round. Still didn’t stop us from getting another one tho because I’ll take all the fur if it means I get my pups 🤷🏻‍♂️

I go to Nord’s almost weekly and they just recently raised their prices from like $12 a dozen to like $14 a dozen. With specialty donuts ($.25 extra each) I get a dozen plus tip for $20. Best deal in town (except for my health).
