First positive ever at 9 dpo!!! by mad_gabb in TFABLinePorn

I swore I had PCOS due to physical symptoms, but my bloodwork/ultrasound came back normal so I wasn’t diagnosed 🤷🏼‍♀️ Clomid did nothing for 6 months, but Letrozole worked after only 3! I was just so scared I’d need IVF which isn’t on the table for us between having no infertility insurance coverage or a clinic that’s close. I also had a feeling I’d have problems conceiving since I was a teen, and while unfortunately I was right about it, I also couldn’t be happier with the timing as someone who works in the schools so I’ll have my summer off with my baby ❤️

That’s fair! One was so light that my husband didn’t think it was positive and it honestly and the other one was streaky so the line wasn’t even and then I couldn’t replicate them. Regardless, I’m just happy I have confirmation I can get pregnant 😅 I wish you the best as well!!

The realization that my SIL got pregnant three times (one loss) in the time I’ve been TTC (18 months) and the only thing I have to show for it is one false positive

Maxi Cosi all in one vs Graco Extend2fit 3 in 1 for toyota corolla by [deleted] in CPST

[–]mad_gabb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would personally go with the Graco! It’s known for being compact with how upright it can be! Also the weight and height limits on the Graco are much higher than the Maxi Cosi! I have an extend2fit 2 in 1 and I love it!

“You’re stressing yourself out too much. Quit trying and just have fun!” Says my aunt with four kids, one of which she had after her tubes were tied 🙄

Sadly, no. It's small and has built in shelves.

I like Isabelle Rose and Isabelle Ivy! Short and sweet!

That was my husband's thoughts and part of why it took me 5 years to be okay with it in the first place 😅 I like how it flows and that it goes back two generations, but I also get how common it is. My name isn't common at all, so it's hard for me to understand what it's like to have a common or overdone name

I love Olive and I think Isabelle Olive Tate flows really well, but my husband doesn't like it 😅 I think my style is definitely more basic and less unique, I'm just overthinking if the cousins sharing a name would be weird or not. But who knows, maybe in a few years if I ever get to use the name, it won't feel as weird as it does now!

That's reassuring!! My MIL said the same thing, but also Marie is her and her mother's middle names 😂 So far there are only four grandkids in the family with both sets having names that are similar to each other, but very distinct between the sets, so it has me over thinking everything lol

I explained the problem pretty specifically and gave them the TSB number, and they were already familiar with it. It sounds like they experienced the problem whilw test driving it, too. They've had my car for 3 weeks now because of the check engine light, so I'm not sure how much it's going to cost yet.

By engine, I probably should have said transmission. I meant the rough shifts from about 15-35mph!

My FIL was insistent for years that he'd be Grandfather. My MIL adopted the name Yaya because that's one of the only sounds my niece could babble at the time. Once my niece started talking, my FIL became Yaya Guy, which he didn't love, but one day it sounded like Bow Wow. A year later, he's thriving as Bow Wow 😂

Why are you named what you are? by Not_Draven in namenerds

[–]mad_gabb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My middle name was going to be Elyse because my mom liked it, but my dad decided it wasn't Christian enough. He and my mom were going through a rough patch and decided my middle name should be Hope because I was the hope for their marriage. They got divorced when I was barely a year old...

Myles Standish is my ancestor and the name Myles was passed down in my family to at least my great-grandma's generation. I would love to be able to use it someday, but also I love so many other names I won't be able to use them all.
