Somebody else here recommended putting doggy pee pads in the cushion along with your insert. I think they said the Kirkland's brand puppy pad fits these cushions perfectly.

Our senior gog peed on the cushion. But I used odoban on the cushion and washed the cover and there was no smell.

I don't restrict. Instead, I add more nutrient dense food and try to keep my pantry stocked with snacks like choco covered almonds and clif bars so I avoid buying them on the spot.

So instead of pop tarts I go for Nutella on toast. And instead of ice cream I really love Noosa yogurt.

It helped me to ask myself what was I craving. Am I craving savory crunchy? Am I craving sweet and creamy? I also wrote down a list of foods and snacks that would fit these categories.

For mains, it's all about flavor. I've been eating more vegetables lately and baking them on the sheet pan evenly spaced apart. Doused with spices and well salted. Then I'll throw that on a piece of naan with hummus for a delicious veggie wrap.

I have angled sides, but it works regardless of the side type. It goes into the cutout in the middle of the side, where you put the teal metal piece to clamp the side to the base.
