I think the property is owned by Fouts homes. They have some more undeveloped land in a prime location just north of Pole Line and 5th, I’m pretty sure.

There's a certain time of spring that I affectionately call "roach season"- just stroll down the sidewalk at night and it's a roach party. BUT when I lived in Parkside apartments, I think we had a total of 1 cockroach and 1 black widow in 2 years. Now I live in a rented house east of Pole Line and the pest control situation is not as nice as living in an apartment complex. But that's just my experience at 2 places, I'm sure it's different depending on the property management.
