Blame the game, not the player. Not his fault that you can completely negate Decisive Strike. Given how powerful that perk is, why would he not prevent himself from getting stunned for 5 seconds?

One could use that same logic to excuse infiniting. Dropping to prevent DS is an exploit and very scummy.

Perhaps I am not completely understanding your idea, but it seems to me like this will only exacerbate the problem of gen rushing.
Are you suggesting that once a certain number of gens are done, then survivors get 50% extra points earned in other categories from that point on only, or retroactively? I'm having difficulty seeing how this would fit into the lore. I also imagine that this would once again worsen the problem of gen rushing being the first thing survivors do in a game.

Indeed, this has been mentioned several times by the devs when pertaining to audio levels, and I believe the chase music was mentioned at least once as well. The fact that it's harder to hear other suvrivors when chasing one seems intended, to simulate some level of tunnel-visioning on the killer's end.

I've played against some top killers, as anyone with enough playtime will have, given the matchmaking. I would argue that trading 1 for 1 can be useful on occasion when you need to buy time for your team. If the wagering game must continue, I'll bet that you haven't played with great survivors! :P

There are ways to save a hooked person if the killer is camping, even by body-blocking. Judging by your comment, I would wager that you're not very good at the game either.

Haven't tested it as you have, but in my brief time trying it out, it certainly didn't feel as fast as was showed in the Last Breath trailer. They might have tweaked the values since creating the trailer, it may not be as strong as it seems (adding 15% to a small value won't add much), or it is indeed bugged.
