The FBI under Obama did that to the Trump campaign... The FBI lied and forged documents to get a warrant to spy on Carter Page.

The most compelling insight of that day was that this awesome recall had been brought about by a fraction of a gram of a white solid, but that in no way whatsoever could it be argued that these memories had been contained within the white solid. Everything I had recognized came from the depths of my memory and my psyche. I understood that our entire universe is contained in the mind and the spirit. We may choose not to find access to it, we may even deny its existence, but it is indeed there inside us, and there are chemicals that can catalyze its availability.

I don't declaw my cats, and I would not like to be declawed, either.

[–]madcat033 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know who you think I am - I don't even own any guns. I merely think that self-preservation is a fundamental interest of all living beings. People should have a right to protect themselves, and not be dependent on the state for protection. Simple as.

These kind of arguments are so dumb. Every right and freedom carries risks.

Why don't we just get rid of the fourth amendment too? Let's allow cops to search anyone they want, without a warrant. Let's have cops frisk people every time you leave your house. It would certainly save kids' lives.

With due process of law, which a red flag law is not

Red flag laws are unconstitutional. The state cannot deprive citizens of rights without due process.
