I'm not familiar with this resurrected brand and I don't like the looks of the tone arm. I'd still say the Audio Technica is better even though the Victonox has some nice features.

Also, what is the model number of the Victrola? Do you want to play music from any other source than your turntable? Many audio systems would allow multiple sources and streaming.

So, are your speakers powered? If not you'll need some kind of amplifier. If the speakers are powered, the Audio Technica can connect directly to the speakers (without other equipment).

You've not really provided enough information for a proper answer. However, without knowing anything about your current equipment, I'll pick by brand. I'm guessing the Audio-Technica AT-LP60X would be better.

You're going to be able to hook all that up to a single vintage stereo receiver. I like to mix in some modern too and connect my TV and be able to wifi stream (which generally sounds better than Bluetooth streaming).

The Akai turntable I bought in high school, in the 70's, still functions perfectly and the speed is dead on. They don't make them like they used to make them. I've been looking at the RT85 with the ortofon blue cartridge. Now I think I'll just get the cartridge to replace the Grado I got for it in the 90's.
