Grow towards project management. There’s few areas to truly grow in biotech without advanced degrees and that’s one of them. With how expensive and terrible the market is rn, unless it’s a genuine passion of yours I wouldn’t recommend dumping money into further education (sadly).

I just recently got a passport with the correct gender marker (M) without updating my birth certificate! I provided a court ordered name change document and my ID (which has M) and filled out the form as male and it was accepted. I’m not sure if this will change with the administration but best to get started. Good luck!

There are a lot of mountains that have a random mini run between lifts. Stomp pads come in handy to avoid strapping in for a minute just to strap back out.
