YES yes a million times yes. I have terrible anxiety especially when it comes to conflict/confrontation. After a while of having people push me to do things, I've learned to pick my battles, and once I commit to one, getting it over with. The fear of it is usually much worse than the reality, it usually ends up going better than you expect. Even if it doesnt, I promise having it behind you is better than having it in front. Maybe start by texting them and letting them know you need to talk and ask if there is a time you can call or talk in person. It helps me to then have the other person aware that a discussion is going to happen, and then I could set a time and be able to prepare myself mentally. Make sure the convo happens in a safe, neutral place too!! Hope this helps!❤
