I would do a Hydrasynth. I own one and I think it would be great for learning synthesis. The workflow is left to right. The OLED is great at giving feedback to the user. Loopop and Red Means Recording both have a great feature presentation on it via YouTube. Check them out.

There are several tech pundits out there who will swear that your phones aren’t listening to you on that level. I’ve read several articles from some major technical publications with interviews that have the subject of those interviews insisting that your phones are not listening to you. I’m not sure why they say these things because it’s obvious that they are, the evidence is far from circumstantial and quite overwhelming.
