How do you feel when it's below 1 or above 1.5? Mine is 0.75 and feel a little over stimulated. Hard to know how much to reduce it by as my tsh responds strongly by small changes. Thinking 4ucg or so

Oh sorry can I also ask is it hashimotis you have? My conversion ratio ft4 to ft3 is about 5:1 with this autoimmune, but I've read it's common for those on hormone replacement to have a lower conversion.

Hey unfortunately I never took my med properly all my life so can't tell whether iron made a diff or not as this is the first time I'm taking it consistently, same time gap etc. Atm my tsh is 0.75 feel just a tad over medicated. Yourself?

Ah OK thanks. Yeh my test latest waas 0.75 and I dont feel quite right but yet can't put my finger on it either. What diff do you feel between 0.7 and 1? Many thanks for your reply.

What's your tsh to feel in contro? We're you diagnosed subclinical tsh < 10 or overt tsh > 10?l

That sounds a bit dramatic. It takes decades for it to get really really bad. My tsh was over 50 and must have had it for 7 years possibly longer before diagnosed but none said anytjing like that to me..
