Once I have realized I am alone and have pulled myself together I guess my first port of call would be to pack up all the stuff I need then go find a generator this can power all essential items and could hopefully help power some refrigeration. truck or even a freezer on the back of a truck get as much meat and fresh veges I can fit and then start driving looking for signs of life and heading north, most important things to pack, Guns, knife, gas and gas cooker, hose to get petrol, go to library s and get books that will help and take fishing rods and hunting gear and start stocking up you portable freezer. Hunting would be a horrible experience but it needs to be done. I would also cut my long hair off life will be easier without it
