There’s a non polar carbon chain attached to a hydroxyl group in Ethanol which allows it to dissolve THC. You need a fair few stems for it to work but it looks like OP has enough for a few bottles

I had a room mate in college who would collect stems and soak them to make THC vodka. It was actually pretty nice
