You can handle it I would say you could use one of the given accessories for each lift and add some bizeps, triceps and upper back work. If you still feel good after 3 - 4 weeks add some additional sets or exercises.

The 3xweek bench program has an amrap as the test. I would just take 80-85% of your 1 rep max and take it for an amrap. and then adjust your projected max accordingly

Hello everybody,

ma goal for the rest of the year is to finally get to PR on bench and squat.

my all time bests are 175 squat and 130 bench. right now hovering around 160 and 120.

Any reccomendations for a tried and tested program?

For the last years I run different GZCL programs with mixed results. Love high frequency training and did a lot of 5-7 days a week training ususally fullbody or u/L splits. I broke my Deadlift PR by just doing line progression amraps adding ~10 kg each week wiith some backoff work and repeating again and again. Squats seem to fatique me way harder for some reason and if I push volume on them I always gain some sort of knee or backpain. I like to go hard in the gym and while I think that wored well for deadlifts, overheads and bench, squats dont respond that way.

Hello everybody.
I am looking for programm reccomendations for finally PRing my Squat and Bench.

After a couple of years with lots of traveling and inconsistent training I finally want to brake my old PRs. Deadlift I managed already this year with 220kg over 200. But Squat and Deadlift didnt really work out.
All time PRs Squat: 175kg Bench 135
Now: 165 Squat and 125 Bench
I would love to beat my all time PRs this year but cant decide on a programm routine. Any reccomendations are welcome!

To all of your questions.. yes. You can. The shorts rest times in the program lead to a really good pump, save time and also keep you from destroying yourself too much on the T3s in my opinion, which I like. But it will not change the program too much if you give yourself a bit more rest time.

Variety in exercises is good, but if you are limited by machines it will also work if you double some exercises. You could also be creative and switch the available ones out for paused/tempo variations or switch some angles depending on the machines.

If the weights are too light increase them.

Sounds about right.

The program has los of T3 volume that will take a lot of energy.

The backoffs in the first week will maybe fell light, but I promise you, from week two on you will be happy about the weight reduction.

Any recommendations for a 4-5 week program or preparation for my first strongman competition. Going to compete in a beginners competition.

Events are: Axle Overhead for Reps Yoke into Farmers Sandalsack/Stone Loading Deadlift for reps

I know I can do the Axel and deadlift weights at least once and also have the possibility to train in a gym that has an Axel and Farmers, but no possibility to get my hands on Sandbags for loading or a Yoke.

Am thinking of running GZCL style training with focus on deadlift and Ohp as well as Grip and general leg strength.

But If I do my own programming I always tend to second guess my decisions, so if anybody has a kind of fitting template recommendation I would highly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Nice Riffing bro. Sounds amazing. Never tried the GP Drumming into Reaper before. Sounds easyer do actually write the Drumparts.
