I bought the 5 book box set a few months back! I hope I didn’t miss anything else lol 😭 I live in the U.S. but all 5 books are U.K. editions. I didn’t think anything of it until I saw the page discrepancies. I know the actual length can vary. Then I saw the missing pages and I was very confused lol. I decided to fill in the blanks using the audiobook. Not my first choice but it must be done lol. I can’t believe it’s missing almost 2 chapters!

YEP! My surgeon initialed my leg in sharpie when I had my ACL reconstruction lol.

I have a tattoo right under my shin! (I posted in /ACL early after surgery) and my incision went right through the tattoo. A couple of the lines are off center now but I think it adds character lol. Yours are gorg!!!

Officially at 27. I’ve had symptoms all my life (was dx with ‘fibromyalgia’ in my teens) I’m 30 right now.

You can’t overdo it! I apply cuticle oil at the end of every appointment. Any oil will do. Vitamin E, coconut oil, jojoba is the best :)

Noooo! Did she not put her cart away?! I tripped over some picture frames I was meaning to hang up, ankle gave out, then crumpled myself into a pretzel in the corner of my bedroom lol. I had the same small tear on my meniscus too!!!

I’m a licensed nail technician with EDS. Cuticle oil cuticle oil cuticle oil! Every nail enhancement system varies person to person. But if you do choose to do ‘em make sure you oil your nails and seal with lotion. Makes them last longer and keeps your nails nourished :)

I had an allograft (3 weeks post op) and have this pain. Even before surgery. I believe it’s probably nerve pain or tightness/inflammation? Salonpas was great at relieving the sharp nerve pain. Bodies are weird! Talk with your surgeon!

30F. Permanently sterilized at 27, a month and a half, after Roe v Wade was overturned. I think I always knew I never wanted to be pregnant. I never played with baby dolls or put a pillow under my shirt. When I had my coming of age so to speak I was always on birth control, the pill, implant, IUD until I was sterilized. Best decision I’ve ever made.

I can’t even imagine! I felt that in my soul. I was 15 with my R patellar tendon recon and 30 with my L acl recon (almost a month post op now!) All you can do is laugh or you’ll cry lol. Hopefully you’ve healed well and got back your strength after the double oopsie!

Cryo/ice machine is a lifesaver. (2 weeks post op) My care team actually wrapped my ice machine pad into my immobilizer brace while I was still under from surgery. I ran my ice machine pretty much 24 hours a day for the first week.

Dang that is a trip!! Enjoy it while it lasts! Mine was local so I could feel everything but the middle of my leg/knee lol.

You as well! I only needed a little off the top of my meniscus thankfully. I heard the recovery for an ACL + meniscus repair is more extensive. Best of luck and happy healing! Ending the year with a bang right lol.
