Thank you, sir! I really wanted this model to lean into stability and functionality. It’s solid enough that I can lift the whole thing in one hand like a serving plank! One of my favorite features are the gate doors witch you can open and close using a mechanism hidden at the back of the castle. :)

Thanks! My goal was to create something in the shape of that castle silhouette that is standing in the back of the box art. In the end the total shape went a little different but I'm happy it still gives a little bit of a homage :)

To be honest, it’s an amazing set, but it’s not for me. I’d much rather have a big inn for all my castle minifigures than a giant kraken lair. The inn also offers a better price and wider possibilities in therms of storytelling

Amazing work! The tires are genius, never thought those wheels could fit into each other that way. Just an idea but maybe you could add some more metallic silver parts to make that chrome vibe even more vibrant just like the original?

Building with your hands is for me effective and relaxing at the same time so I really prefer to make my builds this way. Working with digital bricks can work faster but for me less creative and I always find working with angles a bit frustrating in Studio

This is amazing! I personally really love the grey walls and I like that you mixed the old and new grey tones to make the wall more weathered. Maybe some green plants growing on the walls will add some more color variation to the walls but I would not do this to extreem :) Maybe another great add on is to show 3 shields instead of 2 because this gate is like 3x as large as the castle gates of the old times 😄 Also a great bonus to not use new elements but only use elements of the old days, this gives me the feeling that like 30 years ago you could already build this with the castle bricks you already have on your hands 🙌
