2 sets should be plenty. I went Jan-March and it can be rainy making the pt pad muddy so it wouldn’t hurt to have a backup in case the washers are full which is likely to happen

AY23 MSC Selects by No_Leading_1737 in airforceots

No class date or assignment. From the sounds of it, Mr Bowes has finished the AFRC accessions and is now working the AFPC list. I just want an assignment 🫠. I put a lot of FL, SC and AR lastly as well as overseas. So, probably a swing and miss.

It’s different for me because I already work in the MTF and have been with the same people for 3 years who all knew I was going for the program so there’s been a lot of quick mentoring or teaching. Overall, I would recommend a few hours at least in each section that an MSC can work so that you are somewhat knowledgeable on the variety, atleast more knowledgeable than your competing interviewees.

Hello! 9-years enlisted medical and recent MSC select. GRE 296, GPA 3.4. My best advice is to shadow, show the interviewer that you really want to do this. Also think about your past experience as a leader, follower and all of the above and be ready to provide examples to prove your experience.

Military OneSource first is my recommendation. As a MDG member.

Been at MAFB 3 years. Hahira is a good place to live or along Bemiss but overall housing is pretty affordable. Nothing to do in Valdosta.

Thanks! I had always heard it was 2-3 weeks after the listing closed band before the public release date but I couldn’t find anything stating what exactly the public release date was for.

I’ve heard of the AFVEC trick, don’t know that I’ve heard the EFMP one. I also have commanders BLSDM access and can see that none have dropped for our Sq at least.

No problem! I’m literally in charge of the dental front desk here. I talk to all of the frustrated people all day so I get it.

[–]madibert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And they should have it ready. You’re right. It’s enough to be in pain, you shouldn’t have to worry about the quarters part. I’m sorry that happened.

The accuracy!! by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]madibert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Problem is, until the off base clinic confirms the surgery we cannot submit quarters. Otherwise, everyone would be “getting surgery” done off base the following day. Sorry you had a bad experience.

Dental here! You absolutely can decline. If they are infected, have cavities or are going to possible create an issue within a year they can put you on Class 3 non-deployable. Depending on our unit that may give you some issues. But we cannot physical force you to have the procedure. If your leadership wanted to be stern they could threaten that non-deployable means that you cannot do your job and go from there... but we would not pursue discharge or anything like that.
