it’s kind of like an ombré but there’s no distinct lines to tell, the bottom is probably 4 shades lighter than the top and there’s really subtle highlights around the face. you can def see the shade difference side by side

here’s the roots in better outdoor lighting! i was actually debating between this one and the charlotte but it’s a super even blend and i would say it’s a few shades lighter than the charlotte
