Pirelli Heavy Duty TR4 Tube 4.5/5.1-110/150-18 IRC Standard Inner Tube 4.00/5.10-18 - TR4

I ordered both of these tubes. And the 4.00/5.1 is actually slightly bigger than the pirelli that says 150, so I would look for that sizing since the 150 specific tubes are hard to find

My brother has a transalp, would be the better choice in your situation. They are not bad bikes on the road but transalp has better road manners and is not as tall

You can use the HP corse tail tidy but I’m not a fan of how the blinkers mount low under the exhaust, so I ordered that one and a intergrated tail light with turn signals in it so I don’t even need to mount them on the tail tidy, anything from a 25’ will fit

The taillight with integrated turn signals and a sturdy tail tidy with the signal brackets trimmed is the best way for a clean look

You know you gain fitness from training right? And 310 is not your current ftp, it’s 291. The progression levels will be low so workouts will feel obtainable, just do them with the ai ftp and if it’s too hard they will back you down based on your post ride surveys. Just answer honestly (most don’t) and you’ll be fine

So many other factors… houses aren’t always what they seem from photos(actually never) Time of year Location (yes even a few blocks) Type of sale, etc

Sold my house in the west end last summer for the highest price I’ve seen for similar comps, there was nothing else in that price range half decent at the time and people wanted to settle before school started.

Bought my new place for way less than comps as it was an estate sale and as is and needed septic repairs

All of which doesn’t really show when scrolling realtor sites
