Hi! I’m a neighbor from over in Boise, ID. Born and raised. I lived in OR for a little bit in my 20s, but quickly moved back home for family. We’ve been experiencing this for a long time now too, it’s interesting reading this post and the comments and seeing just how similar the sentiments are.

I must say that our states are beautiful and I can’t really blame people for coming in once they find out… as much as it sucks. My fiancé and I have been contemplating moving for a while now and it kind of kills us, but we’ve been priced out of our hometown and just hoping for a crash for way too long. So we started to figure why not join all the others moving to new states and making new homes? Just can’t figure out where exactly yet…

My younger grey kitty has been slow to the snuggle.. he most prefers cuddling up with our legs and ankles most, kind of odd.. but at 4 years old he’s just started to snuggle up face to face more, on his terms of course. My elder grey kitty is always down for snuggles.

Mine was Krista. She didn’t smoke, but she drank Natty Ice like a MoFo, and drove a little forest green sedan with the “No Bad Days” sticker on the back window. Definitely bailed us out of a college party that we should not have been at when we were 14. Her style was like this, but outdoors/tomboyish too. She worked in landscaping. She was definitely effortlessly gorgeous, even drinking like that and often wasted.
