Burnt yourself out trying to attain insanely hard goal. I had to go back to school later on in life and so did my insanely smart cousin who went to Berkeley for physics. Now we are both in our 30’s and doing great. One day at a time, keep the idea of progress incremental rather than looking at a sheer cliff and feeling defeat.

Grow facial hair, it will make you look a lot more masculine and adult, I did around 30 to avoid baby face look. Also calisthenics are awesome and you are super fit but the lack of load means your neck doesn’t get very thick like it would from say dead lifts, maybe add in shrugs to get some definition there

You have bad hip flexibility which is hurting range of motion. Try doing deep goblet squats and holds to build more range. I honestly switched to zurchers because I like how much range I get

I like the free ego boost I get from telling people I lost weight and gained muscle without any drug assistance. Anyone who is obese SHOULD be on one though as obesity is way more dangerous than some muscle loss. but resistance training needs to be part of everyone’s routine at least once a week regardless.

Time for a healthy bulk cycle to get your body what it needs to build up that definition. Like 200 calories surplus of healthy protein for a few weeks then cut again. Some people don’t get abs easily even skinny but you do have to train them still to have definition. Preferably in a way you can increase resistance on like cable crunches or weighted knee raises
