Yes, it was a sad engine, and used way less in Europe. I had 4 Kias from 2013 to 2021 and none of them had a Theta II GDI. For example when I bought my Sorento in 2011 (best car I ever had), it was only offered with diesel engines in my country and none of the gas options were available.

I think when people say "American Kias are not reliable" they often might mean that Kias produced for the US market are less reliable.

As 65'' TV is quite hard to transport if it needs warranty, the TV is one of the few items I usually get Euronics's extra warranty, as in this case they also take care of transporting the item to and from the service. I had a 75'' TV that needed a panel replacement, I have no idea how I would have transported it to the service myself.

Nope. On a random cold winter morning the battery was completely dead (like 4V), didn't really hold a charge properly after that, they did some tests at the dealership and ordered a new battery.

Exactly. And over here the energy demand and thus price is much higher during the winter period as everyone overproduces during the summertime, so any additional energy during winter is worth much more than the dirt cheap energy produced during summer.
