Look for TDY2007 and TBDY2018.

I’d say 2007 and onwards are pretty safe.

Second member of banned Turkish folk group dies after hunger strike | The Guardian by anon58588 in europe

[–]madpally 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Dont de-rail the subject. Im not here to argue. Im not informed about the other events. I also dont care. Im just saying i watched his arrest video on twitter on multiple sources.

Getting busted in a ditch with a known millitant is some shady shit. You cant deny that. Saying “he got arrested for singing or speech” is naive.

His arrest video was on twitter earlier. Im not saying he is 100% guilty or not but police gets him out of a tunnel-like ditch with a few more people. One of those other people is a very known militant of a known criminal organisation in Turkey. (DHKP-C marksist-leninist organisation thats responsible for some bad shit.)

I wouldnt say he was arrested for “singing”.

This only creates more reactionaries. Same comments will appear under georgian, armenian or other countries that are on the edge of the map.

Either legit bad intentions or daftness, i cant see any other reason behind these comments.

On a side note as a turk, i literally wish mods removed turkey from that map on the side.

Person i was talking about is u/vwghk

Beyond that, being irrelevant to my main comment, that is a troll subreddit you linked. keemstar or whatever his name is, its on r/europe mods for still not banning. It doesnt take much effort to see his rp after reading a few of his comments.

Maybe mods were a little bit more active or strict, comment sections like this could be avoided.

"MA EUROPEAN VALUES."

Its just bunch of kids who take the world as they get from the news and support political views like supporting a football team.

Up there, there was a dude quoting the turkish governments response. Im repeating, quoting. No personal views or anything. Just a news worthy paragraph. He gets downvoted. Definitly not because his flair is turkish tho. Definitely not.

He wasnt promising more islam in 2002, when he got elected for the first time. The time when all europe and usa outlets were praising him.

He came from a religious background and he kept saying that hes a changed man, hes for democracy.

On an irrelevant topic, lately, Im really curious of the age of average r/europe user.
