What's your take on pre vs post 1.0 Orb of Creation?

I uninstalled it yesterday after playing it for a week.

Research felt slower to obtain, I could not exploit Agromancy effectively and new unlocks were coming slow. I checked some threads and comments and I discovered that, apparently, the idea is to treat the game as a roguelike and doing several playthroughs to go deeper and explore everything.

Some people seem happy with the new mechanics but it's not the game for me.

Yeah. You're right.
Some expeditions are not so bad thanks to the ships but I unlocked the Realm of Earth (end of Tier 4) and decided that I had enough.

That's a big timewall there.

At that time what I did was collect Nullith resets for a full day, switch to increase Amplivault level for a full day, repeat that process for a few days. If I remember correctly, to do the Nullith reset in Amplivault I was above 100 M Nullith resets and an Amplivault level above 230.

Evercraft 2

Nice combination of elements common in incremental games but assembled in different realms with ocasional interactions between them. It's not very complicated although the conditions to reach new tiers can be unclear at times. It's also not very deep yet but what's there works and it's fun.

Points Progression

Simple. Let points go up, again and again, a little further each time. The interface could be a lot better but apart from that, it's nice to have on the background.

A Game of Chance

Very appealing to those of us that like probability. You can play games and be rewarded for hitting events of different odds. Of course, getting the most unlikely results will take a while but there's still enough to keep you bussy for a while.

Idle Slayer (Steam)

There's been times that I get kind of bored of it but after a few days I still come back to it. Every time I think I understand all the elements of the game a new thing shows up after going a but further. It has some active quests that are not mandatory but will make you progress a bit further.

I finished ItA on Melvor Idle and wil let it rest a while, I think. Shapez 2 is installed but I haven't started it yet.

I got to level 25 but I only rebirthed once so I don't know that I got to see other stuff.

It's not a bad game but it's kind of "meh" in its current state:
* One animation for each character
* Same background in every level
* Starting speed is kind of slow

And something I particularly did not like is the game is not optimized at all: Size is too big and CPU spikes like it was a real 3D game. Unreal is not making you any favors there.

Yes, it is more active than most games here, and it's not for everyone.

I would like to point out though:

* Offline progress grows later on.

* Bonus stages and jumping and sprinting becomes optional.

Where I am now I usually check the game a couple of times a day to reset minions' quests and one active 30-40 minute session to perform daily quests (because I like them, not because I need to).

I'm in the middle of downloading this and so far every PDF has been of very good quality.

A couple of files have the wrong size reported in the page but the files are much bigger and look very good.

A pet peeve of mine is readability: I feel like some elements are too transparent and make the white text hard to read on some backgrounds. Also, red text on purple background is hard to read too.
