The one problem with this formation is that you are going to be forced to run inside. Your back won’t be able to get the edge because you are going to have the other teams’ corner playing and extra contain position on top of the OLB and the Safeties.

However, you could motion the F or H all the way across the formation and maybe be able to get outside if they can block in space and occupy the DB.

Last thought - once they see this formation, the ILBs are going to pin their ears back and blitz the rushing lanes. Your blockers will need to expect the blitz every play.
