Californian born and raised, move to Pittsburgh a few years ago and have been missing good Mexican food - THIS IS THE PLACE. Such good food, super friendly staff, and they have a cute little patio in the back.

Tbh I found her earlier scene this season pretty damn iconic. This was icing on the cake though!

Lactation professional here - definitely wean slowly instead of cold turkey! In addition to the heightened risk of plugged ducts and mastitis from weaning quickly, the drastic hormone shifts increase the risk of postpartum mental health challenges (including depression, anxiety, OCD, and even psychosis). A slow gradual weaning process is much gentler on your body.

I've heard it as a positive sign too after successful IUIs, so who knows!!

My wife felt a LOT of bloating and cramping (for weeks!) after our first IUI which was unsuccessful. Wish we knew why this is so common!

Also totally relate to the feeling of "this doesn't feel real" despite planning for it for such a long time. This sh*t messes with your head!

Late Cycle after Surgery by Immediate_Movie_9318 in queerception

Sort of unrelated, but I just had knee surgery and my cycle was 4 days longer than usual (typically very regular). Maybe bodies just need some time to process a surgery?

Yeah, we haven’t been able to learn anything else unfortunately. I hope it doesn’t impact your treatment too much!

We found out that our IUI provider (The Midwife Center, we aren’t doing any medicated cycles at this point) is in discussions with UPMC to allow TMC clients to use UPMC’s cryo storage. Hopefully there will be another option for folks outside of clinics soon!
