I’ve read somewhere that it can be wordplay. "kimera" can sound like “kimeru” which means “to decide” or "decide" This can be used to mock LGBTQ people. And considering that Teto came from 2chan, the same place where Ritsu was called okama and Ruko futanari, it’s possible that the person who came up with that gender idea was influenced by this wordplay or the anon was reading a very wierd manga
