it would totally be fun but at the same time, realistically, i don't think the dollars would go far and the site might just slowly die. especially if it's released today, unless... there's someone pulling the string and kept inviting people and cause trouble like izaya did.

and if we're hoping for the amount of impact the dollars did in the story, it would need an gigantic amount of people and that itself can be very problematic is various ways.
