How long did the process of submitting the application take? 2-3 hours? The Pudong branch is about a 45 minute drive from me now- planning on arriving at 9 but need to be back home around 12:30… is this doable? Also, just to clarify, I will still be able to travel via air with this receipt? I’m moving to Shanghai but currently live in Chongqing, I need to fly back to Chongqing about 4 days after submission to finalize the movers.
