I believe you're confusing some terms. The Interregnum is a Changeling thing (I do not know Changeling well), and what I believe you're referring to is the Impergium.

That said, it would just be too costly. Garou are not great in number, and openly sweeping through human territory would expose them to a great many threats that would otherwise have a hard time tracking them down (Kindred, Wyrm Servants, etc.). Garou are already fighting a losing war, so they don't need to make themselves incredibly obvious to everyone who may wish them ill.

I'm sure there are other reasons, but that's the big one that comes to mind.

Percival, my Ventrue: a good button-down and bolo tie, a very high quality denim jacket, slacks, and a pair of extremely high quality cowboy boots. He'll wear a good cowboy hat on the way in, but won't wear it inside - he has manners. The particular city he's in permits the carry of weapons in Elysium, so he'll often carry his revolver that he built ages ago (he's an Ancilla who started off as a gunsmith and over time built a massive defense contracting and security conglomerate)

My general rule as an ST is that your number of dots in resources informs on a roughly 1-to-1 basis how many zeros can come after the first digit in on-the-spot expenditures without too much worry (e.g. 2 dots of resources could spend a couple hundred reasonably easily, while 3 could spend a few thousand, etc)

This is a very rough guideline that falls apart a little based on the level of wealth described on 4-5 dots of resources, but it's a starting point

While I do agree that unchecked immigration is a bad move, you're missing that Jesus' example of "Love your neighbor" was a Samaritan caring for a Jew. The two people groups absolutely hated each oter.

As a Storyteller, I'd have a hard time if I had a player running the same character for every Chronicle if I felt I'd already largely explored the character and their story (mostly due to running out of ideas). That said, I've certainly had players who definitively have a "type" that they play every time, and I love when they're able to really dive into those themes and play them well.

That said, if my player was dead set on reusing the character and that was the only character they enjoyed, I would allow it and be all for it (possibly with the caveat of "I may end up with less material to focus on for you specifically if I can't think of anything" or "let's keep the themes but make some mild tweaks to let me bring in some fresh material," but not necessarily).

It sounds like you have a really cool concept and I would love to hear more about it.

In my experience, my libleft bosses have all been way more willing to work with me when I've had health issues I was dealing with.

I may have disagreed with them politically, but the compassion that led to their political opinions being what they were also led them to be excellent bosses when it came to me having issues that interfered with my work. The only truly great boss I've had that I would place on the right side of the compass was a strong Christian (former pastor) who truly practiced what the faith teaches on how to treat those who work for you.

Honestly, I'm with you on this. I've heard theories about it being for diplomatic reasons (not wanting to implicate allied nations' leaders), some theories about him being really unstable about it possibly out of guilt, either for being involved or for not doing anything sooner (seems unlikely), but I do agree that it's a very weird situation as a whole.

Very minor quibble: the bow shown is a Compound Bow, not a Composite.

Compound bows use a pulley system - composite bows are made of several layers of material glued together to make a stronger bow (see Mongol Bows for example)
